My Take

From October through March — half the year here — this stretch of coast turns into a corridor for migrating humpback whales, with early arrivals and stragglers stretching the window on either end. Mothers and calves moving through, breaching close to shore. It's one of those things that doesn't show up in a spec sheet but changes what mornings and evenings on this balcony actually feel like for half the year.

At 1,743 ft², the home is built for two rather than a crowd — a couple or small family. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite and private balcony, so it's not one primary suite with an afterthought second room; the layout treats them as equals. The tile floors and carpentry are new, not dressed-up original finishes.
