I'm featuring ALMA because I believe they've genuinely set the bar — not just for this coast, but for Latin America - on quality, transparency and sustainable development. Only 47 homes, ever, on 9 acres — that's a deliberate choice, not a marketing number. I'm not affiliated or under any special arrangement with ALMA — I'm recommending it on its merits, the same as I would any property. Most developers add units when demand allows it. ALMA didn't.
