Buying real estate in Mexico is one of the most significant financial and lifestyle decisions you'll ever make.  My role is to be a trusted advisor who helps you make confident, well-informed decisions every step of the way.

My approach is rooted in old-fashioned Western Canadian values: honesty, hard work, accountability and straightforward advice.  I began my career in Interior British Columbia, where your word and handshake still meant something, before spending over two decades in Calgary structuring and negotiating multi-million-dollar corporate finance transactions.

That same disciplined and analytical approach now shapes how I help clients navigate real estate on Mexico's Oaxaca Coast — evaluating opportunities objectively, identifying risks and helping you determine whether a property truly aligns with your goals.  Sometimes the right move is to proceed.  Sometimes it's to wait, ask more questions or continue looking.  If I don't believe a property is right for you, I'll say so.
